Daniela Cascais Filipe is a Legal Executive and has been with Abreu Advogados since 2024. Her practice in Registration and Notary services encompasses the whole Firm.
With professional experience in the Real Estate, Corporate and M&A fields, she has developed her activity in a transversal manner, with a particular focus on legal advisory work and the handling of formal procedures before public and private entities.
She completed a professional traineeship at a solicitor’s office, where she was directly involved in Registry and Notarial practice, namely in the preparation and processing of authenticated private documents, signature certifications, external services at Registry Offices and other notarial acts.
She also has experience in drafting minutes for homeowners’ associations and in assisting with the preparation and organisation of condominium meetings, performing secretarial functions, as well as in the review and organisation of legal documentation.

Performance of duties in the field of Registries and Notarial services, including the preparation and supervision of various notarial acts;

Carrying out external work with Registry Offices, namely the submission and follow-up of registration applications

Involvement in matters falling within the Real Estate, Corporate and M&A practice areas;

Experience in reviewing legal documentation, as well as drafting authenticated private documents, translation accuracy certificates, certified copies, and signature notarisation;

Handling of property registration procedures, completion of forms and requests for permanent certificates.
