Dina Valentim

Dina Valentim is a Legal Executive and has been at Abreu Advogados since 2014.

Her practice in Registration and Notary services encompasses the whole Firm, including acting as a Certifying Entity of Certified Private Documents within Real Estate Law. Additionally, she is a part of some of the Firm’s teams participating in operations related to real estate structuring, Inheritance and Notary and Registration services.

She focuses particularly on matters related to land registration rural land parcelling, simple and integral, land alterations, cancelations, notations, new registrations, Horizontal Properties, Gifts, Acquisitions and Sales, Usufruct and Renouncement, Tax Payments, Entering Municipal Property Tax forms (Modelo 1) in the Tax Authorities for Horizontal Properties and other urban properties, Property Attachments, Powers of Attorney and Vehicle Registrations.

In the Commercial Practice Area, she also acts on requests for registering companies (RNPC), drafting companies’ registrations for the appointment of governing bodies, amendments to articles of association, including amendments to registered offices, object, capital increases, incorporation, transformation, company mergers and closure, assignment and union of “quotas”.
