Benedita Pessanha is an Associate Lawyer and has been at Abreu Advogados since 2022, working primarily in real estate.

She has vast experience in advising property developers and investors on residential, commercial, tourism and service projects. With particular intervention in real estate investment projects, accompanying all the various phases: from due diligence, acquisition, structuring, construction or remodelling, leasing and/or sale.

Throughout her professional career she has also dedicated herself to advising private clients on various matters, such as succession and immigration.

With a special focus on real estate, corporate, commercial and M&A law, she has provided day-to-day advisory services to commercial, private and public limited companies.

Advising various national and international companies on the acquisition, construction and/or rehabilitation, constitution of horizontal property and sale/lease of residential, commercial and service properties.

Advising private clients in the development of real estate investments.

Advising private clients in the organisation and structuring of their assets for the purpose of transferring these assets.

Advising international clients in the organisation and conduction of Residence Permit processes in Portugal.

Advising property investment funds on the acquisition, construction and rental of food retail properties.
