Marta Boura

Marta Boura is an of counsel and has been with Abreu Advogados since 2025, focusing on digital law, financial regulation and public law.
She has a strong background in digital and financial law, with experience advising national and international companies on matters related to technology, fintech, digital markets and financial regulation. She works on defining legal strategies for the implementation of technological solutions, data protection, regulatory compliance and the structuring of innovative financial operations, including digital transformation projects and systems integration in regulated environments.
At the same time, she works on issues related to Project Finance, Energy and Public Law, participating in complex financing and investment structuring operations with an impact on strategic sectors such as infrastructure and energy. She has experience in negotiating and drafting contracts, risk analysis and regulatory advice in high-value transactions.
She is a Guest Lecturer at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon and a Researcher at CIDP, with publications on financial and digital law. Her work also includes strategic advice on regulation, ensuring innovative legal solutions in line with international best practices.
