Armando Martins Ferreira is a non-executive member of the Board of Directors of Abreu Advogados.

He joined the law firm in 2000, working primarily on matters related to competition and European law, digital economy, business structuring, intellectual property and commercial litigation.

He co-heads the practice law area of Competition, Regulation and European Union and heads the industry sector dedicated to Digital Economy, Retail and Distribution.

He has coordinated the involvement of the firm in various merger control operations, including the negotiation of commitments, as well as cartel cases and abuse of dominant position proceedings.

He also has extensive experience in commercial contracting, distribution and agency networks, licensing, mergers and acquisitions, advising a wide-range of national and multinational clients – from start-ups to leading companies – in expanding and protecting their businesses and investments.
