Nuno Cunha Barnabé elected member of the International Client Global SIG Steering Committee of STEP
Nuno Cunha Barnabé, Abreu Advogados partner and co-coordinator of the Tax Practice was elected member of the International Client Global SIG Steering Committee of STEP – Advising Families Across Generations. This appointment is recognition for this lawyer of his work in the area of private clients and family businesses, being the first lawyer from a Portuguese-speaking country to be elected to this committee.
He has over 20 years’ experience in tax law and specializes on wealth taxation advising HNWI’s individuals, family offices, private banking and asset manager businesses in Portugal and Portuguese speaking countries.
STEP – Advising Families Across Generations, is the biggest global professional association of the private client sector, recognised for following and developing best practice in advice to individual clients and families on important themes such as succession, family management, philanthropy, compliance and anti-money laundering.
