Pedro Barosa comments on the homicide case in Algés
Pedro Barosa, partner and head of the Criminal Law practice area at Abreu Advogados, commented on the case involving a 15-year-old boy suspected of killing his mother in Algés during an interview with Rádio Observador.
The specialist lawyer emphasized that the State failed to respond to multiple warning signals that the family had communicated to the authorities, which were ignored. Pedro Barosa highlights that “this child has rights and may file, through a legal representative, a civil liability action against the State.”
