Art by Paulo Brighenti on display at Abreu Advogados
The doors of Abreu Advogados open once again to welcome another exhibition dedicated to nature, in partnership with Carpe Diem Arte e Pesquisa. The works of art, which can already be seen in the firm’s Lisbon office, are authored by Paulo Brighenti.
The contemporary artist intensely explores the dialogue between human beings and nature. His artistic production is characterised by a delicate and thought-provoking approach to natural elements, incorporating themes such as landscape, fauna, flora and the organic forces that permeate the world around us. In his work, nature takes on a symbolic and poetic character, referring to a spiritual and emotional dimension.
For this exhibition, he has selected a set of watercolours on paper, as well as two large oil paintings on canvas, which use nature as a starting point for aesthetic, philosophical and existential reflections. He works mainly in painting and drawing. Through the materiality of colours, textures and shapes, she creates compositions that seem to capture the fleeting and fickle essence of the natural world, inviting you to immerse yourself in a sensory and subjective experience.
Since 2019, Abreu Advogados has been promoting a wide range of exhibitions, guided tours, book presentations and debates, where dozens of artists have passed through and hundreds of works have been exhibited, from the most varied artistic expressions, such as Painting, Drawing, Video, Sculpture, Neon or Photography. This is one of the many ways in which Abreu Advogados demonstrates its commitment to consolidating national culture and raising awareness of contemporary civic and heritage issues, as well as social issues.
