Abreu Advogados wins OCI 2024 award for Best Integrated Internal Communication Strategy
Abreu Advogados received the award for best integrated internal communication strategy. This distinction was awarded at the 13th Internal Communication Best Practices Awards, organized by the communication agency Atrevia and the Faculty of Human Sciences of the Portuguese Catholic University, through the Internal Communication and Corporate Identity Observatory (OCI).
The distinction was awarded to Abreu Advogados, the only law firm nominated for these awards, for an internal campaign developed to celebrate the law firm’s 30th anniversary. The campaign, which has now won the award, took the form of various internal activities in the firm’s various offices, aligned with personal and professional development, with the aim of promoting team spirit, a sense of belonging to the firm, trust, involvement and motivation among professionals.
For Abreu Advogados, this is an important recognition of a people-centered project that has promoted individual and collective potential, which is consequently reflected in the growth of the business and its reputation.
