Abreu Advogados recognised as ‘Social Mobility Firm of the Year’
Abreu Advogados was recognised with the ‘Social Mobility Firm of the Year’ award at the Legal Benchmarking Group Social Impact Awards 2024. These social impact awards, promoted by the Legal Benchmarking Group (IFLR, ITR, Managing IP and Women in Business Law Awards), recognise the leading law firms and personalities who are transforming and impacting the legal world, from fostering a culture of belonging to implementing policies and programmes that promote justice and opportunity for all.
The awards jury was particularly impressed by Abreu Advogados’ Legal Up programme, which in their words ’addresses digital exclusion and promotes access to justice and information for all.’ The award was received by Hugo Teixeira, a partner at Abreu Advogados. The awards ceremony took place on 12 September in London.
