Abreu Advogados participates in the Pharma and Biotech Patent Litigation Conference
António Andrade and Manuel Durães Rocha, Partners and Coordinators of Abreu Advogados’ Intellectual Property practice area, will participate in the conference Pharma & Biotech Patent Litigation in Europe, on May 30 and 31, 2022, in Amsterdam.
During February 23 and 24 and as a way to anticipate the big event in person. António Andrade, Partner with Abreu Advogados, is a speaker in a virtual meeting with a panel with Partners from Allen & Overy and Powell Gilbert. The Intellectual Property coordinator of Abreu Advogados also participates as a speaker in a panel on “Patent Enforcement Roundtable: Best Practices for Protecting Patent Rights and the Procedures to Enforce Them”.
This event involves the participation of a selected number of participants, most of which are the heads of the intellectual property or patent areas of several leading pharmaceutical groups and partners of several leading intellectual property law firms in Europe.
