Miguel Castro Pereira and Sofia Santos Machado speakers at the Conference “VIA BOLSA”
Partners with Abreu Advogados, Sofia Santos Machado and Miguel Castro Pereira (Managing Partner) are participating in the Conference Via Bolsa, hosted by the Portuguese Stock Exchange, at the Rectory Building Auditorium, NOVA University, Lisbon. The event aims to address the reasons for listing companies on the Stock Exchange, and the many alternatives available to companies in the Capital Markets.
“Is listing on the Stock Exchange, the right solution for your company?” is the topic which will bring together business men and investors at the Conference Via Bolsa, hosted on 22 May in Lisbon, in partnership with Abreu Advogados. The purpose is to inform investors on the new ways to finance companies, given that Capital Markets are a solution with many alternatives.
Miguel Castro Pereira, former Director of Operations of the Lisbon Stock Exchange (currently, NYSE Euronext Lisbon) and Founding Member of the Securities Market Institute, will share the Panel on “A Custom-made Solution for Small and Medium Enterprises – the Alternext” with Sofia Santos Machado, Founding Member of the Portuguese Association of Derivative Financial Instruments (APIFD) and currently representing Abreu Advogados as its Vice-president.
The event is geared towards top executives and key investors, and Álvaro Santos Pereira, Minister of the Economy and Employment, is also expected to attend.
