Abreu Advogados advises the new residential of Kronos Homes

Abreu Advogados is advising the Spanish real estate investor Kronos Homes in the development of its latest residential project “The One”, located in the center of Lisbon, at Avenida João XXI, with the signature of the renowned architect and Pritzker winner Eduardo Souto de Moura.

The Abreu Advogados’ team involved in this advisory service is composed by Renata Silva Alves, Associated Partner at Abreu Advogados, and Marta Castro Henriques, Associate Lawyer at Abreu Advogados, and is focused in the preparation of the contractual pack to commercialize the building fractions.

“The One” is the fourth real estate project developed by Kronos Homes in Portugal and will have a total investment of over 40 million euros. This new development will have 65 apartments, with typologies that goes from T1 to T3 and prices from 400.000 euros.
