Participated in several of the largest capital markets transactions carried out in the Portuguese market including: (i) combination of the business of a Portuguese and a Brazilian telecom operators; (ii) capital increase and liability management in the recapitalisation of a Portuguese bank and (iii) public tender offer for the acquisition of the largest telecom listed company in Portugal.
