Abreu Advogados advises Global Difusion on the acquisition of the radio stations Linear and Maiorca
Abreu Advogados has advised Global Difusion SGPS on the acquisition of the radio stations Linear and Maiorca.
The two transactions were coordinated by the Abreu Advogados partner Martim Menezes as part of a multidisciplinary team that involved the Commercial, Corporate and M&A, Intellectual Property and Information Technology, Competition, Regulation and EU law practices, with the participation of Inês Sequeira Mendes, partner, Tiago Leote Cravo, associated partner, Sílvia Bessa Venda, associate, Pedro Tavares Pereira, associate and Rui Gonçalves, legal executive.
The radio stations are now owned by Global Difusion whose portfolio already includes, among others, Record Fm, Rádio Pernes, Rádio Sem Fronteiras and Rádio Clube de Gaia.
